01 / TERMS OF USE

Use the site responsibly.

DogZilla provides project information, artwork tools and Solana wallet interactions, including the DOGZI presale and Guardian minting. You are responsible for using a compatible wallet, selecting the correct network and reviewing every transaction before signing.

No content on this site is an offer, solicitation, brokerage service, investment recommendation or promise of return. You may not use the site for unlawful activity, fraud, impersonation, market manipulation, abuse of the network, automated scraping that degrades service, or attempts to bypass rate limits, wallet caps or duplicate-mint protections.

Eligibility

You must have the legal capacity to enter into these terms in your jurisdiction and must not be a resident of, or accessing the site from, a jurisdiction where use of the site or any DogZilla asset is prohibited by law. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the site complies with the laws applicable to you.

Intellectual property

Artwork, trait assets, branding, the DogZilla name and mark, and site content are owned by the DogZilla project or its licensors. Generating a preview or minting a Guardian grants you rights only as described in any applicable NFT terms published alongside a live mainnet collection; it does not transfer ownership of the underlying artwork library, trait assets or trademarks.

Third-party services

The site interacts with third-party wallets, RPC providers, and permanent-storage networks (for example Irys/Arweave) that are not operated by DogZilla and are governed by their own terms. DogZilla is not responsible for the availability, security or conduct of these third-party services.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site and its experimental features are provided "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DogZilla and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of funds, digital assets or data arising from your use of the site, a connected wallet, or any third-party service.

Changes to these terms

Features, allocation plans, links and addresses may change as the project develops. Material changes to these terms will update the "Last updated" date below. The official website is https://dogzi.xyz; treat messages asking for seed phrases, private keys or urgent payments as fraudulent, regardless of source.

02 / PRIVACY

Minimal data by design.

The website does not ask for or store private keys, seed phrases or wallet passwords. A connected wallet address may be sent to the API only when you actively use a wallet feature, such as a presale contribution or Guardian mint, so the transaction can be prepared and confirmed on-chain.

What we collect

Standard web server logs (IP address, request timestamps, user agent) may be recorded by the hosting infrastructure and reverse proxy for security, rate-limiting and abuse-prevention purposes. Wallet addresses submitted for a faucet claim or mint request are recorded to enforce one-time-claim and per-wallet limits. No name, email, physical address or payment information is collected by the site itself.

Cookies and analytics

The site does not currently set tracking or advertising cookies. If analytics or marketing cookies are added in the future, this section will be updated first and consent will be requested where required by law.

Data retention and sharing

Wallet addresses and claim/mint records are retained only as long as needed to enforce fairness rules (for example, preventing duplicate faucet claims) and are not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. On-chain data (transactions, NFT metadata, token balances) is public by nature of the Solana blockchain and is not controlled by DogZilla once submitted.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct or request deletion of personal data DogZilla holds about you (this does not extend to public, immutable on-chain data). A dedicated contact channel for such requests will be published here once an official support channel is established.

Children's privacy

The site is not directed at children and is not intended for use by anyone under the minimum age of digital consent in their jurisdiction.

Do not submit personal information in trait names, metadata fields or wallet prompts. Network providers, wallet extensions and hosting infrastructure may process technical data under their own policies.
